More than 90 percent of Easter Seals West Kentucky's revenue supports services in Western Kentucky, Southern Illinois and Southeast Missouri. Easter Seals has served over 400 adults with disabilities and over 300 children with special needs.
Easter Seals West Kentucky sources of revenue:
Sales to the Public - 6.2% Individual Service Fees - 8.3% Government Funds - 35.8% Government Grants - 36.0% Non-operating Revenue* - 13.7% (*Telethon of Stars, fund-raising events, and individual donors)
- Adult and senior service program - The Adult Day Health Care Center provides adult day services, assisted and supported living programs and in-home care designed to address the growing needs of adults with disabilities, older adults and their families.
- Job training and employment program - Employment Connections provided evaluation and assessment, work adjustment/employee development, job placement, employment planning, occupational skills training, school-to-work transitions and assistive technologies for community-based and supportive employment.
- Medical rehabilitation program for children and adults, offers physical occupational therapy services, speech-language and audiology, outpatient medical rehabilitation, social work, nursing, rehabilitation engineering, recreational therapy and support services.
- Early education and care program - The Child Development Center provides developmental monitoring, early child development services, developmental preschool programs and elementary and secondary education services. This includes offeirng inclusive child care for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years.
